FDA Approves Dexmedetomidine for Veterinary Use
The US Food and Drug Administration has approved an injectable dosage form of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride for veterinary prescription use in dogs as a sedative, analgesic, and preanesthetic, following a submission by Orion Corp.
