FDA Approves Supplemental New Animal Drug Application for Florfenicol

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating its regulations to reflect the approval of a supplemental new animal drug application (NADA) for Schering-Plough Animal Health Corp.'s florfenicol, a treatment for respiratory disease in swine, which will be administered through drinking water.
