FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Regulation of Complementary and Alternative Medicine Products

The FDA has published a draft guidance to clarify the regulation of complementary and alternative medicine products, addressing confusion over their compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and Public Health Service Act, following an increase in CAM product imports and usage in the US.
