Draft Animal Cloning Risk Assessment; Proposed Risk Management Plan; Draft Guidance for Industry; Availability; Extension of Comment Period

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending to May 3, 2007, the comment period for the notice of availability that appeared in the Federal Register of January 3, 2007 (72 FR 136). In the notice, FDA requested comments on the draft risk assessment, the proposed risk management plan, and the draft guidance for industry on animal cloning. The agency is taking this action in response to requests for an extension to allow interested persons additional time to submit comments.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
