The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a guidance document addressing frequently asked questions about commercially distributed analyte-specific reagents (ASRs). The guidance aims to clarify FDA regulations and manufacturer responsibilities regarding ASRs, which were first drafted on September 7, 2006.
