FDA Publishes Medical Device User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2008

The FDA is publishing fee rates and procedures for medical device user fees for fiscal year 2008, which apply from October 1, 2007, to September 30, 2008, and require payment before or at the time of application submission to avoid delays in review.
