DSM Nutritional Products, Inc. Seeks FDA Approval for Astaxanthin Use in Salmonid Fish

DSM Nutritional Products, Inc. has submitted a petition to the FDA to amend color additive regulations, allowing the safe use of astaxanthin dimethyldisuccinate in salmonid fish feed to improve their flesh color.
