FDA Corrects Notice on Emergency Processing of Drug, Biological Product, and Device Applications

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice that was published in error in the Federal Register on December 12, 2007, regarding the submission of a proposed collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for emergency processing under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
