Coast Guard and MARAD Withdraw Joint Notice on Vessel Documentation for Coastwise Trade Vessels

The Coast Guard and MARAD are withdrawing their joint notice of proposed rulemaking on vessel documentation for vessels engaged in the coastwise trade, as it was superseded by legislation, and will instead publish a new notice of proposed rulemaking addressing the new legislation.
