Security and Safety Zone: Protection of Large Passenger Vessels in Portland, OR

The Captain of the Port in Portland, Oregon will start enforcing a restricted area for large cruise ships on May 5, 2005, to ensure their safety and security in the navigable waters of Portland and adjacent areas.
