Coast Guard to Temporarily Close Houma Swing Bridge for Local Workers

The US Coast Guard is implementing a new regulation to allow the SR 661 swing bridge across the Houma Navigation Canal to remain closed to navigation for two 30-minute periods during the day, enabling local workers to pass through with minimal delays.
