Bureau of Prisons Proposes Revised Smoking/No Smoking Regulations

The Bureau of Prisons proposes to revise its regulations on smoking/no smoking areas in its facilities, allowing smoking for authorized inmate religious activities and staff in designated smoking areas. The revised rules aim to promote a clean air environment and protect staff and inmate health and safety.
