United States Marshals Service Proposes New System of Records for Merit Promotion Open Season

The Department of Justice's United States Marshals Service is proposing a new system of records, the Merit Promotion Open Season Records System, to allow 1811 criminal investigators to apply for positions without waiting for vacancies to occur, and to receive consideration as positions become available.
