EPA Lodges Two Consent Decrees Under CERCLA for Environmental Cleanup

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged two consent decrees with two companies, ExxonMobil and Chevron, for environmental cleanup at contaminated sites in California and Texas, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
