DEA Establishes Fee Schedule for Controlled Substances and Chemical Registration

The U.S. Department of Justice's Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has finalized a rule establishing an annual fee schedule for registration and reregistration of controlled substances and List I chemicals, aiming to cover all costs associated with its Diversion Control Program, as mandated by the Controlled Substances Act.
