DuPont to Pay $670 Million to Settle Environmental Cleanup in Delaware

DuPont has agreed to pay $670 million to settle a consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act and the Delaware Hazardous Substances Cleanup Act, resolving a long-standing environmental cleanup issue at a site in Delaware.
