Board of Immigration Appeals to Expand to 15 Members with New Temporary Board Members

The Board of Immigration Appeals will expand to 15 members, with four new positions added, and senior EOIR attorneys with 10+ years of experience will be eligible to serve as temporary Board members, following the publication of an interim rule by the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
