Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Seeks Grant Proposals for The Rhythm Road-American Music Abroad Program

The Cultural Programs Division in the Office of Citizen Exchanges within the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is seeking proposals from U.S. public and non-profit organizations to administer The Rhythm Road-American Music Abroad program, which aims to promote mutual understanding and cross-cultural awareness through tours of professional American artists in jazz, urban music, and American roots music.
