The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs' Office of English Language Programs is seeking proposals for the English Language Teaching Materials Development Project and English Language Educators Summer Institute, with a deadline of July 2009. Eligible organizations can submit proposals to develop English language materials and a professional development program for assessing these materials for adoption overseas.
