U.S. Amends Designation of Lashkar-e-Tayyiba as Global Terrorist Organization

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued a notice amending the Specially Designated Global Terrorist designation of Lashkar-e-Tayyiba, effective immediately, in response to a recent proposal by the U.S. government to update its terrorist designation list.
