U.S. Government Makes Determination on Assistance to Colombian Armed Forces

The U.S. government has made a determination and certification regarding assistance to the Colombian armed forces under the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act of 2006, as carried forward in the Revised Continuing Appropriations Resolution of 2007 and the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act of 2008.
