Bureau of Verification, Compliance and Implementation Terminates Sanctions Against Singaporean Entity

The Bureau of Verification, Compliance and Implementation has made a determination to terminate sanctions imposed on a Singaporean entity due to Section 3 of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act, effective as of a specific date previously published in the Federal Register (72 FR 5781).
