Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Seeks Grant Proposals for International Arrival and Departure Program at JFK and Newark Airports

The Community Relations Branch of the Office of International Visitors at the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is soliciting proposals for a $195,000 grant to design and implement an airport arrival and departure program at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York and Newark International Airport in New Jersey, with a planned start date of January 1, 2009.
