Enbridge Energy Seeks Presidential Permit for Alberta Clipper Pipeline Project

The U.S. Department of State has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Enbridge Energy's proposed 36-inch diameter crude oil and liquid hydrocarbon pipeline, which would transport Canadian crude oil from the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin to existing refinery markets in the Midwest region of the United States.
