U.S. State Department Withdraws Proposed Rule for Exchange Visitor Program

The U.S. State Department has withdrawn a proposed rule for the Exchange Visitor Program, which was published in the Federal Register on December 10, 2008, due to a lack of formal significance designation from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
