U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Nontransfer and Use Certificate Information Collection

The U.S. Department of State is requesting public comment on a proposed information collection, the Nontransfer and Use Certificate, in order to obtain Office of Management and Budget approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
