FTC Seeks Public Comments on Telemarketing Sales Rule Amendments

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on proposed amendments to the Telemarketing Sales Rule, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for emergency review and a potential 180-day grant of clearance.
