FTC Seeks Public Comments on Negative Option Rule Information Collection Proposal
The Federal Trade Commission is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the OMB clearance for its Negative Option Rule information collection requirements until October 31, 2011, as the current clearance expires on October 31, 2008.
