U.S. Agency for International Development to Expand HIV Services in Lesotho, South Africa, and Swaziland

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is launching a new initiative to increase access to HIV confidential voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) and enhance HIV/AIDS communications, prevention, and care in Lesotho, South Africa, and Swaziland, two countries heavily affected by the epidemic.
