St. Johns County Seeks Incidental Take Permit for Beach Driving and Related Activities in Florida

St. Johns County is requesting an incidental take permit from the Fish and Wildlife Service to allow beach driving and related activities for 20 years, which may result in the incidental taking of several endangered and threatened sea turtle species and the Anastasia Island beach mouse.
