USDA Proposes Revision to Strawberry Standards

The US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service is seeking public comments on a proposal to update the US Standards for Grades of Strawberries, which would allow for more objective and uniform tolerance determination by counting strawberries by weight rather than volume.
