PHMSA Publishes List of Exemption Applications Delayed for 180 Days or More

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is publishing a list of exemption applications that have been pending for 180 days or more, as required by 49 U.S.C. 5117(c), along with the reasons for the delays and expected completion dates.
