Aonex Technologies, Inc. to Receive Exclusive Patent License for Electro-Optical Device Processing from the U.S. Department of the Navy

The U.S. Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Aonex Technologies, Inc. a non-exclusive, revocable license to practice and manufacture electro-optical devices using specific substrates in the United States and certain foreign countries, based on two government-owned inventions described in U.S. Patents 6,328,796 and 6,497,763.
