EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana's Redesignation of Evansville Area to Attainment of 8-Hour Ozone Standard

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Indiana's request to redesignate the Evansville area from nonattainment to attainment of the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), as part of the state's 10-year maintenance plan to maintain attainment through 2015.
