CMS to Conduct Comment Period on Proposed Matching Program Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is establishing a comment period for a proposed matching program with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, and invites interested persons to provide feedback on the proposal.
