Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Recovery Plan for Endangered Spring Creek Bladderpod

The Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft recovery plan for the Spring Creek bladderpod, a species endemic to Tennessee's Central Basin, with the goal of downlisting it from endangered to threatened status under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
