EPA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Diisononyl Phthalate Category

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for a proposed rule to add diisononyl phthalate (DINP) to the list of toxic chemicals subject to reporting requirements, allowing interested parties an additional 30 days to review and comment on the revised hazard assessment until October 12, 2005.
