CAS Exemption for Contracts Executed and Performed Entirely Outside the United States, Its Territories, and Possessions

The Cost Accounting Standards Board, under the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, is seeking public input on a proposed exemption from the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) for contracts performed entirely outside the United States, its territories, and possessions.
