EPA Stays and/or Defers Sanctions on California Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination to delay or exempt sanctions on the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) due to proposed revisions to the Storage of Organic Liquids rule, which were published in today's Federal Register.
