EPA Seeks Comments on Proposed Collection of Data from Local Emergency Planning Committees

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed Information Collection Request (ICR) for the 2005 National Survey of Local Emergency Planning Committees, which is set to expire on June 30, 2002. The EPA is required to submit the ICR to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
