EPA Approves Revised Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets for New York State

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to New York's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to help the state continue to plan for reducing ozone levels in the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island nonattainment area, as required by the Clean Air Act.
