DOE Announces Availability of Draft Determination on Residual Radioactive Waste at Idaho Nuclear Technology and Engineering Center

The Department of Energy has made available a draft determination that certain radioactive waste at the Idaho National Laboratory is not high-level radioactive waste, following a provision in the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005.
