National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Re-Opens Coral Reef Ecosystem Studies Program Solicitation

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Ocean Service has reopened the Coral Reef Ecosystem Studies (CRES) program solicitation, allowing the public more time to submit proposals for the fiscal year 2006 grants funds.
