EPA Proposes Addition of Five New Sites to National Priorities List for Uncontrolled Hazardous Waste Sites

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to add five new sites to the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of national priorities among the known releases or threatened releases of hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants throughout the United States, as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
