California Prune Marketing Committee Reduces Dried Prune Assessment Rate to $0.65 per Ton

The Prune Marketing Committee has lowered the assessment rate for dried prunes grown in California from $6.00 to $0.65 per ton, effective for the 2005-06 crop year and beyond, to help handlers cover program expenses.
