U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Public Comment Period for Northern Aplomado Falcon Reintroduction

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for a proposed rule to establish an experimental population of northern aplomado falcons in southern New Mexico and Arizona, and is seeking comments on a draft monitoring plan for the reintroduction.
