EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan

Due to adverse comments, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its direct final rule to approve Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which aimed to modify ambient air quality standards for ozone and fine particulate matter, published on July 18, 2005.
