EPA Corrects Missouri State Implementation Plan Rule

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected a mistake in its July 13, 2005, rule approving revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP), which incorrectly stated the state's effective date for the NOx rule as August 30, 2003, instead of the correct date of August 30, 2003.
