Submission to OMB for Approval and Request for Comment on Tax Form Changes

The Department of the Treasury has submitted public information collections to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as required by Public Law 104-13, in order to gather feedback on proposed changes to tax forms, including Form 1040 and its accompanying schedules, and to request public comment on these changes.
