National Science Foundation Receives Request to Modify Antarctic Permit

The National Science Foundation has received a request to modify a permit for activities in Antarctica, regulated by the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978, following the passage of the Antarctic Science, Tourism and Conservation Act of 1996.
